360 is a 3rd generation primer which can be used on concrete as well as metal surfaces. Its unique solvent free formulation has low viscosity which allows it to penetrate and lock itself onto surface its been applied to. 360 has many applications but the major one is that it can be used as the base primer for epoxy flooring
